We gather at the front desk of the hotel at 6:00 a.m. It is Silent Walk. Ordinarily, we would spend time talking with other people about what happened in the past or changing a plan of the future, and as a result we would not enjoy beauty of the scenery in front of us.

We do not talk a single word and use my five senses to the full to stay in this moment.

We feel a sense of our sole and walk by one step. It’s Mindfulness.

We make space in our mind and brain by reducing the chat in our brain.

In the space, something like intuition or flash is said to take place.

Morning yoga was also carried out comfortably.

We performed a sequence to promote the movement which flows with breathing and morning blood circulation.

After having practiced yoga, we enjoyed the hot spring and then checked out of the hotel.

We went to Coco Farm Winery in Ashikaga in the afternoon.

This vineyard, which was reclaimed by junior high school students of a special education class (the present support class) in 1950 ‘s, is the starting point of our wine making.

In a steep slope of this Tajimacho, Ashikaga-shi, the boys called wisdom delay at that time cut a summer grass while becoming sweaty and dug a hole of Ohudakoe while the cold wind raged. In Kokoromi Gakuen, Everyone has all engaged in making wine in some way.

Coco Farm Winery purchases the grape which Kokoromi Gakuen cultivated. Coco Farm Winery outsources Kokoromi Gakuen work in the brewery such as preparation and bottles.

For the fellow to work in the vineyards and brewery, some support the wine making in the background like drying laundries or preparing for lunch.

We cannot have an abundant fund compared with a foreign chateau proud of a tradition and prestige.

Also,we cannot mass-produce wine as a major wine maker.

However, we are proud secretly that the people who can’t even write their name have worked on the work to bring up a grape and create wine, and that there are farmers who have exerted themselves under the sky at any time of the year around.

This winery seems to have never sprinkled a weed killer.

When they continue to take weeds from the foot of the mountain of slant 38 degrees, and finish to the top, the weeds of the foot grows again.

Also, in the sparkling wine making, it’s said that they make a bottle revolve by 15 degrees every day.

They rotate the hundreds of bottles one by one by hand.

We were impressed that delicious wine was completed because everyone in Kokoromi Gakuen continues the work for which this perseverance was necessary earnestly.

Regardless of the presence or absence of an obstacle, people feel happy to be asked to a person and to be evaluated by work.

It’s important to do work suitable for oneself and get living food as human dignity. ]

And that’s thanked in society.

I hoped that such a structure should spread more.

We also had lunch here and was quite satisfied with the winery tour.

We continued to drink further even after the tasting… We went back to Asakusa by express from Ashikaga Station.

It was a very fulfilling two days.

Keiko said that we would do a retreat every month!

However, in every month it is not readily good for our liver, so we’d like to hold a retreat around the autumnal tints of the autumn.

We would like to prepare so that it may become a retreat including international exchange next time.

Everybody who participated, yoga wear brand easyoga that had you support a mat case as a participant novelty, and all staffs in Ichinokan, thank you very much.
