This class focuses on stiff shoulders and backaches; including the poses of relieving muscle tension of hip joint and pelvis, and strengthen the supporting abdominal and back muscles. For stiff shoulders, we relieve muscles tension from shoulders to the back by providing a stretch around upper arm and striking poses for opening the breast.
