Eleanor Roosevelt

Good morning.

This is the phrase from “learn by living” by Eleanor Roosevelt.

“You gain strength, courage and confidence

by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror.

I can take the next thing that comes along.’

You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”

Actually, it’s easier to say “I cannot do this.” than to try the new thing.

When I was given a opportunity to give yoga class in front of more than 100 people,

I was so scared and wanted say “No, I cannot do this.”

However, I had to do this yoga class and made up my mind,

I prepared a lot for this yoga class.

After all, the yoga event was finished satisfactorily and

I had a good experience.

So, I agree to this phrase.

What are you going to try this week??
