SohoのTriyoga
さて2クラス目。オシャレなSohoのTriyogaに来ました。Vinyasa flowのクラス、男性2名、女性は18名位。平日昼間なのに満員〜。
併設のカフェではスムージーなど。生徒さんもみんなキレイでオシャレ。
Well, second class was at triyoga in Soho. Vinyasa flow.
There is a cafe next to the studio and you can have smoothies and healthy food.
The students here are all in good shape and stylish!!!
